I have bought a ton of things from this shop and I absolutely love everything! All of these low reviews are insane to me. . . I have had a perfect experience with Lane 201. I have used their return/exchange system as well and had no issues and was able to exchange sizes with no issues. Anyone saying it took their package too long to ship (because of a huge sale 🙄) should go clock in and start packing orders. I will continue to order from Lane 201 and super excited for the spring drops!
I absolutely love this boutique. I came across this brand online and purchased a couple pairs of pants for my vacation and ended up wearing this one pair for the majority of the trip! The pieces I got were good quality and I got them just in time for my trip. I just made another purchase and I’m so excited to get my new things.
Cute clothes with decent discounts. However, if you're shopping online, be aware that if you return things you will only get store credit and their shipping process is pretty slow. I ordered 3 items on 10/15 and have yet to have them delivered 9 days later. I also ordered clothing from shops in California and China on the same day, and received those packages days before the one from Lane 201. I live roughly 4 hours from the shop and I could have paid for quicker shipping, but I did not think it would take so long to receive living relatively near by. Hopefully shopping in person is different than online, but I will not be ordering from this shop again.
Wish I read reviews before I ordered. I spent $155 on three items that arrived feeling like Shein quality. I cannot believe the price I paid for the horrible quality. The fact that I can’t get my money back for deceptive advertising feels unlawful. Don’t fall for the fake reviews and cute models- this clothing is CHEAP! The $155 was AFTER a 30% “discount.”
I ordered a very expensive pair of jeans for a Christmas gift, conveniently a few days over the exchange policy days. However, the same pair of jeans is listed on the website. I was not allowed to return to get the proper size I had to return it minus a shipping fee. Customer service has just been horrible. The amount I was told I would get as a store credit is not what I got. I will never order from this company again. The quality of the jeans was not worth what they were asking.
I love Lane201! The quality of the clothes has always been impeccable, as well as the customer service. The refund policy is only store credit, but I always am satisfied with what I find as a replacement when I need to return. If an item is out of stock that you choose as a replacement, they will not hesitate to give store credit back in a timely manner. Yes this could be frustrating for some people, but I would rather invest my money into a small midwest business rather than forever21, windsor, shein, etc. The prices of the items are very fair since they sell high quality boutique items. I have worked retail my entire career so I know the difference in quality between boutique brands and mall brands. I have never received something of low quality from Lane201. They also run great sales and you can always find some sort of discount.
I got the jazmin slippers and I'm so disappointed. I would return them, but I don't have any interest in having store credit there. They arrived with spots on one of the shoes. I tried to wipe the spots off but no luck. The product itself, while very cute, very low quality. The soles are rock hard making it hard to walk in. I'll probably just use them for house slippers. They do definitely run a whole size small but I did order up for that.
